Dear Heavenly Father,
In the name of Jesus, we come before you on behalf of Gothkygh and their sister, Johanna. We lift up this prayer request to you, knowing that you are a God who hears and answers prayers. We ask that you intervene in the situation with Johanna's husband, who has asked for a divorce after 25 years of marriage.
Lord, we pray that you would soften his heart and bring about a change in his attitude and desires. Touch him with your love and grace, reminding him of the commitment he made to Johanna and the sacredness of their marriage vows. Help him to see the value and importance of their relationship and guide him towards reconciliation.
During this difficult time, we ask for your comfort and strength to surround Johanna. Grant her peace that surpasses all understanding, knowing that you are with her every step of the way. Strengthen her emotionally, mentally, and spiritually, giving her the resilience to face the challenges ahead. Remind her of your unfailing love and faithfulness, assuring her that you will never leave nor forsake her.
We also pray for wisdom and guidance for Gothkygh as they support and encourage their sister. Give them the right words to speak and the ability to provide comfort and reassurance. May their presence be a source of strength and hope for Johanna.
Lord, we trust in your sovereignty and believe that nothing is impossible for you. We ask that you work in this situation according to your will, bringing healing, restoration, and reconciliation. May your perfect plan unfold in their lives, bringing glory to your name.
We thank you, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for your faithfulness. We trust in your goodness and mercy. In Jesus' name, we pray.
Amen.
