Please help me pray for favor and His mercy because I seriously need it.

I'm a Christian. I have fasted and prayed to God, but it seems my prayers have not been answered. I don't know why and what is delaying my prayers. Thanks.

Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother ###. Lord, he has fasted and prayed earnestly, seeking Your face and Your guidance. Yet, he feels his prayers have not been answered, and he is unsure of the reasons for the delay.

Father, we are reminded of Your Word in James 1:5-6, which says, "If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him. But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering." We ask for Your wisdom and understanding for ###, that he may discern Your will and timing in his life.

Lord, we also remember Your promise in Psalm 37:5, "Commit thy way unto the LORD, trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass." Help ### to trust in Your perfect timing and to commit his ways unto You, knowing that You are faithful to bring Your plans to fruition.

We pray for patience and perseverance for ###, as he waits upon You. Just as ### prayed for many years with unwavering faith, may ### also hold steadfast in his faith, believing that You hear his prayers and will answer them according to Your will.

Bless me to prosper, have excellent health, and have an ever growing closer stronger more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always respect, obey and honor You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
