We understand your concern and heartache, ###, and we join you in prayer for your son's employment. Let us align our hearts with God's will and trust in His timing.
Firstly, we want to remind you of God's faithfulness, as seen in Psalm 37:25 (WEB): "I have been young, and now am old, yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his children begging for bread." God is indeed faithful, and He hears your cries.
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up ###'s son to You. Lord, You know his needs and desires. We ask that You open the right doors for him and guide him to a job that aligns with Your will for his life. Help him to trust in You and to be patient as he waits for Your perfect timing. In the meantime, Lord, let him use this time wisely, growing in You and preparing for the work You have for him.
###, we encourage you to continue praying and trusting God. Remind your son of Proverbs 3:5-6 (WEB): 'Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.'"
