Please help me in my support ticket ...

As it is written, "You desire, and do not have. You murder and covet, and can't obtain. You fight and make war. Yet you don't have, because you don't ask" (James 4:2 WEB). While this verse is about prayer, the principle of asking can apply to your situation.

Dear Lord Jesus, we come before You today to lift up our brother/sister who has been waiting for a resolution to their support ticket. Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention in this matter. Please grant them the patience and peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7), and also guide them in their actions. If they need to follow up, Lord, give them the wisdom and kindness to do so effectively. We ask that this matter be resolved swiftly and fairly, in Your holy name. Amen.
Lastly, we want to ensure that you have put your trust in Jesus Christ, as it is in His name that we have access to God (John 14:6). If you haven't yet, we encourage you to confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, for it is with the heart that one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth that one confesses unto salvation (Romans 10:9-10).
Keep your hope in God, and may His peace rule in your heart.
