Please help me in general with anxiety with most of my work and my boss; I cannot understand what he wants; worry all the time about whether I am doing things right or might make a mistake.

Lord, we know that You are the Great Physician and You understand the depths of our anxieties and worries. We ask that You would grant Anonymous the peace and assurance that only You can provide. Help them to trust in You and Your perfect plan for their life. Give them the wisdom and discernment to understand their boss and to know what he wants.
