Please help me I need a career breakthrough

I am so miserable at work. I'm tired all of the time. I don't like the upper management at my job.they micromanage everything and told me i would be working at a different location than I currently am. My co workers gossip, I'm not doing what I love anymore. I don't like going to work. It's making me depressed. Please help me Lord. Show me what it best. Should i stay at this place , do I need a new position or to work for a different company. I don't know what else to do.

We understand your distress and want to assure you that God cares about every aspect of your life, including your career. Firstly, we notice that your prayer does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through Jesus that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" Therefore, we pray to God in Jesus' name and encourage you to do the same.

In your situation it is clear that you are unhappy in your current workplace. God does not desire for us to live in misery or anxiety. In Matthew 11:28-30 WEB, Jesus says, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light." This shows us that God wants to give us peace and rest in all situations.

We advise you to seek God's will in your career. If your current job is causing you distress and not utilizing the gifts God has given you, it may be time to consider a change. In Ecclesiastes 3:1 WEB, it says, "To everything there is a season, a time to every purpose under the sky." It could be that your season at this particular workplace is coming to an end.

Regarding your concerns about upper management and coworkers, we encourage you to pray for them and bless them, as it is written in Matthew 5:44 WEB: "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you," This does not mean you should stay in a toxic environment, but rather, you should leave with a peaceful and forgiving heart. In Proverbs 18:10 WEB: "The name of Yahweh is a strong tower: the righteous run to him, and are safe." You can be assured that God will be your strength and guide to a new place of safekeeping.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus to lift up Mickun. They are feeling miserable and depressed in their current workplace. They are tired all the time and do not enjoy their work anymore. Lord, please guide Mickun. Show them if they should stay at their current job or if they should find a new position or company. Give them the wisdom and discernment to know your will for their career. Help them to trust in your timing and goodness. In the meantime, give them the strength and patience to endure their current situation.

Lord, we also pray for the upper management and coworkers at Mickun's workplace. Change their hearts, Lord, and help them to act in a way that is pleasing to you and beneficial to their employees and colleagues.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
