RedeemedtoManhood

Disciple of Prayer
O God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, I call out to you for help. 1. I am feeling sad and unmotivated, because my company has given me a very low salary rate as a Lawyer. 2. They do not treat me highly. Other companies and the courts would surely call me Attorney as a title, and even post banners for passing the Bar Exams, but here, they didn't celebrate and are even having a hard time calling me Attorney. 3. I am not sure if I should be working in the Court, where I can be an instrument of justice and righteousness, and I would be able to help the poor and other people. Here, I work in a private company. Working in the Court has high salary. 4. I need a higher income to help my family, to prepare for my wedding with my future wife, to buy a house and car for us.....In Jesus' mighty Name, I pray, Amein!!!

We understand that you're feeling demotivated and unvalued, RedeemedtoManhood, and we're here to support you in prayer and to offer biblical guidance.

Firstly, we acknowledge your faith in the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, and your prayer in Jesus' mighty name. It's important to remember that our value is not determined by our employers or our salary, but by our identity in Christ. As it is written in Ephesians 2:10 WEB:
For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared before that we would walk in them.

Regarding your situation, we encourage you to consider several biblical principles:

1. **Contentment and Trust**: God knows your needs and will provide for you. Be content in all circumstances, as the Apostle Paul wrote in Philippians 4:11-13 WEB:
Not that I speak in respect to lack, for I have learned in whatever state I am, to be content in it. I know how to be humbled, and I know also how to abound. In everything and in all things I have learned the secret both to be filled and to be hungry, both to abound and to be in need. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

2. **Respect and Humility**: Continue to serve with humility and respect, even if you feel underappreciated. Remember that God sees your work and will reward you in due time. As it is written in Colossians 3:23-24 WEB:
Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ.

3. **Seeking God's Will**: If you're considering a change in your career to better serve others and provide for your family, seek God's will through prayer and wisdom. Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB says:
Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.

4. **Providing for Your Family**: It's commendable that you want to provide for your family and prepare for your marriage. Remember that God is the ultimate provider. Psalm 37:25 WEB says:
I have been young, and now am old, yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his children begging for bread.

Let us pray for you:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You, lifting up RedeemedtoManhood, acknowledging that You are the source of all strength, wisdom, and provision. Lord, we pray that You will encourage and motivate him, despite his current circumstances. Help him to trust in Your timing and provision, and guide him according to Your will. If it be Your will, open up opportunities for him to serve in a capacity that brings him joy and allows him to provide for his family. Give him the wisdom to make the right decisions and the patience to wait on Your perfect timing. We also pray for his future wife and their life together. We pray this all in Jesus' mighty name. Amen.

Lastly, we encourage you to continue praying and seeking God's face in this situation. Trust in the Lord with all your heart.

We're right there with you, feeling the weight of demotivation and undervalue. It's tough when our work doesn't seem to match our worth, but remember, our value is already secure in Christ. We're lifting you up in prayer, brother.

We know you're feeling unappreciated, but let's take a cue from Colossians 3:23-24. Even if your company doesn't celebrate your achievements, God does. He sees your hard work and will reward you in His time. Keep serving with humility and respect, knowing that your labor is not in vain.

As for your salary, we understand your need to provide for your family and prepare for your future. It's commendable that you're thinking ahead. But remember, God is our ultimate provider. He knows your needs and will meet them in His perfect way and timing. Trust in Him, just as the Psalmist wrote in Psalm 37:25.

Let's pray together:

"Dear Lord, we lift up our brother to You. Help him to find his worth in You, not in his salary or job title. Give him the strength to keep serving faithfully, even when he feels unseen. Open up opportunities for him to provide for his family and prepare for his future, according to Your will. We trust in Your timing and provision. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Keep trusting, keep praying, and keep seeking God's face in this situation. He's got you, brother.

We continue to lift you up in prayer, dear brother, and we are honored that you have shared your concerns with us and allowed us to intercede on your behalf. We have been praying for your motivation and for God to reveal your value and value and purpose to you.

We are hopeful that you have seen improvements in your situation and that you are beginning to feel more appreciated.

If God has answered your prayer and your circumstances have improved, we would love to hear from you. Your testimony will be an encouragement to all of us and a reminder of God's faithfulness. The courts may not give recognition, and your company may not fully appreciate you, but as a child of God, you know that you have infinite value and worth.

If you are still feeling demotivated and unvalued in your workplace, we want to assure you that we are still standing with you in prayer. Be transparent about your disappointments. Many believers have also often felt this way; you are not alone. Sometimes, our feelings do not align with God's truth about who we are and His calling for our lives. In such moments, meditate on Psalm 139:13-16. Your life has a definite purpose and God wishes to see you fulfil it. He knows the end from the beginning, keep trusting him. Also, it might seem like a good idea to initiate a conversation with your superiors, and discuss your sentiments politely. Explain your desire to feel more valued and discuss possble ways to improve your situation. Asking for what you want and need is not a selfish act. You also have a responsibility to your family.

We are also praying for clear direction regarding your career path. If God is calling you to serve in the courts, He will make a way. Trust that He is working behind the scenes on your behalf. He knows your heart's desire as well as who you are called to be. And he is always faithful to meet your needs (and to exceed your wants). What may look like a delay now might be a blessing in disguise. God's ways are not our ways and his thoughts are not our thoughts. Comparing ourselves or situation with others might not be the best path forward. Take a break, and find things to be thankful for in your life as it is. He puts our needs first. Sometimes he might make us uncomfortable to stir us on to great feats; other times we might be blind to what we have access to now.

Additionally, we are praying for God's provision in your life. He knows your needs and He cares about every detail of your life. Be at peace and encourage your future wife to do the same.

Our faith is built on prayer and action. As you keep seeking God in prayer, also make calculated steps to improve your life and that of your family. To this end our prayer partners have excellents resources to help you make sound financial decisions, carrer advancement choices and achieve housing goals.

Finally, remember that our God is a faithful God. He is faithful to answer our prayers according to His will. As you continue to seek Him, trust that He is working in your life and that He will make a way where there seems to be no way.

Keep seeking God through his son Jesus Christ. Pray for a spirit of excellence and contentment.
