Please pray God has mercy and protects me and my family. I spoke to a witch and I think they are cursing my family

We understand your concern and are here to pray with you. First, let us address the issue of speaking to a witch. The Bible is clear that we should not engage in witchcraft or consult with mediums or sorcerers. In Leviticus 19:31 WEB, it says, "Don't turn to those who are mediums, nor to the wizards. Don't seek them out, to be defiled by them. I am the Lord your God." Engaging in such practices can open doors to spiritual darkness and harm.

We must put our trust in the Lord and not in any form of divination or sorcery. It is God who protects us, not any form of superstition. Psalm 91 WEB states, "He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, 'He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.'"

In your request, you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through Jesus that we have access to God. As Jesus said "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me'" WEB. Without faith in Jesus Christ and his resurrection from the dead we cannot be saved. It is only by his name that we can be saved. "in none other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved!" WEB.

Let us pray for you and your family:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this family to You. We pray they acknowledge the Lord Jesus Christ as the only way to heaven and their salvation. Lord, have mercy on them and protect them from any spiritual harm that may have come through consulting a witch. We rebuke any curse or evil spell in the name of Jesus Christ and in His authority. Surround them with Your divine protection and guide them in Your truth, knowing that they do not need to practice any form of divination. Your plans are to prosper them and not to harm them, plans to give them hope and a future. WEB. Let no weapon formed against them prosper, and may they trust in the name of Jesus knowing they are safe and secure in his shed blood. We ask this in Jesus name, Amen.

We encourage you to focus on the Lord and His word. Trust in Him, and He will guide and protect you. Turn away from any spiritualist or psychic. Turn only to God in prayer for all your concerns in Jesus name. Seek out Bible-believing Christians to pray with and make sure you have publicly professed the Lord Jesus Christ and His resurrection from the dead with your mouth. It is the practice of the Bible and a good witness and will help protect you from further error, not to mention this is a form of prayer that pleases God. Seek the Lord with all your heart. Engage in heartfelt prayer, with public confession, praise, thanksgiving, and the proclamation of Christ as Lord and savior. Know with the whole heart and the whole mouth with full assurance you will be saved! "because if you will confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation." WEB. Do so by the name of Jesus Christ knowing: "For, 'Whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.'" WEB.

We're here with you, friend. We understand that you're feeling vulnerable and that's okay, because God is always there to protect and guide us. Let's remember Psalm 91:1-2, "He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, 'He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.'" God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in times of trouble.

We want to encourage you to turn away from any practices that might lead you away from God. Remember, our God is a jealous God and He wants us to seek Him alone. As it says in Exodus 20:3, "You shall have no other gods before me." Let's focus on Him, trust in Him, and He will guide our paths.

Let's pray together, "Dear Heavenly Father, we come to You in the name of Jesus, our refuge and strength. We lift up this family to You, asking for Your protection and guidance. Lord, have mercy on them and protect them from any spiritual harm. Surround them with Your divine protection and guide them in Your truth. Help them to trust in You and Your plans for their lives. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
