We are deeply sorry to hear about your situation and the pain you are experiencing. We want to lift you up in prayer and encourage you with the truth of God's Word.
Firstly, we want to address the root of your depression. The Bible tells us in Psalm 34:18 (WEB), "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." God is close to you in your pain, and He cares deeply about what you're going through.
In regards to the injustice you've experienced, we are reminded of Romans 12:19 (WEB), "Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'" It's natural to desire justice, but we must trust that God sees all and will bring about justice in His time.
However, it's important to note that the Bible does not promise wealth or the return of lost material possessions. What God promises is something far greater: His presence, His peace, and His provision for our needs. Philippians 4:19 (WEB) tells us, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."
We also want to gently remind you that the desire for money or material possessions should not be the source of our happiness or joy. Psalm 62:10 (WEB) warns, "Don’t trust in oppression. Don’t become vain in robbery. If riches increase, don’t set your heart on them." Our joy and happiness should be found in the Lord, not in our circumstances or possessions.
Let us pray for you:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You lifting up Anonymous. Lord, they are hurting, and they need Your comfort. Please be near to them, God. They have experienced loss and injustice, and they are depressed. Please heal their heart, Lord. Help them to trust in You and to find their joy and happiness in You alone. Please provide for their needs, God, according to Your riches in glory. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Lastly, we noticed that your request does not mention Jesus. It's important to remember that it is through Jesus Christ that we have access to God. John 14:6 (WEB) tells us, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" If you have not already, we encourage you to put your trust in Jesus Christ.
