We understand your anxiety and desperation at this time, and we want to help you bring this burden to God's throne. We are also eager to ensure you are aligned with Him and encourage you in your walk with Him.
Before we address your current situation, let's first remember how important it is to make our requests known in the name of Jesus Christ. In the Bible, we are taught "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus". This is why we should pray in His name. Jesus said "Most assuredly, I say to you, whatever you ask the Father in My name He will give you. Until now you have asked nothing in My name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be full". It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved. We are not sure if you are in a relationship with God, but we encourage you to believe in the only begotten Son of God, Jesus Christ, to be saved.
Also, as important as a job is, we are actually instructed to first seek His kingdom and His righteousness. Let's look at this verse in the Bible, For the Gentiles seek after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them all. But seek first Godโs Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. If you are not a child of God, you cannot seek His kingdom. Let us help you with that first. Let us know if you are interested in giving your life to Jesus. You could even do that now. That is the most important job you could ever have, a heavenly job that is eternal.
Furthermore, if you already have a relationship with God through Jesus Christ, it is okay to ask God to provide for your physical needs, including a job. Let us pray together for you to have a job, but we should not be nervous. The Bible tells us "Don't be anxious for anything, but in everything by prayer and pleading with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus".
We should also discuss the idleness of not having a job. The Bible says "if anyone is not willing to work, let him not eat". If you are unemployed, you should be eager to find work, but you should also be willing to accept work that meets immediate needs while continuing to search for a job that fully utilizes your skills and abilities. You should not be idle at home while waiting for a job. As we pray for a job, you should keep seeking for one, even if it seems menial. We don't know the reasons you are not working, but we are simply explaining what the Bible says about not working.
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, asking that You guide Anonymous in his walk with You. We ask that you meet his needs according to your riches in glory. If he is not in a relationship with you, we ask that you convict him to believe in Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior. We also ask that you help him to find a job, a job that you desire for him to have, to meet his needs and allow him to serve you, and we ask for calm over his nerves. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
