Heavenly Father,

We come before You today with hearts full of gratitude and hope, lifting up ### in prayer. Your Word tells us in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope." We trust that You have a plan for ###'s life and career, plans that are good and filled with purpose.

Lord, we ask that You open doors for ### to continue the career at the favorite company. Grant wisdom and guidance in every step taken, and let Your favor be upon ### in every interaction and decision. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us to "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make straight your paths." We pray that ### will trust in Your guidance and lean on Your understanding.

Father, we pray for peace and confidence to fill ###'s heart. Philippians 4:6-7 encourages us, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." May Your peace guard ###'s heart and mind during this time of transition and uncertainty.

We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
