Heavenly Father,
We come before You with hearts full of faith and trust in Your perfect plan. We lift up this dear one, who seeks Your guidance and favor in continuing a career at a beloved company. Your Word reminds us in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope." We hold onto this promise, knowing that Your plans are always for our good.
Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention in this situation. Open doors that no one can shut, and grant wisdom and discernment to navigate this career path. Proverbs 3:5-6 tells us, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make straight your paths." We trust that as this person acknowledges You in this pursuit, You will guide and direct every step.
We pray for favor with employers, colleagues, and all who have a role in this decision. May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard this heart and mind in Christ Jesus, as stated in Philippians 4:7. Let there be clarity, confidence, and a sense of Your presence throughout this process.
Thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your timing and Your ways, knowing that You are faithful. We pray all this in the mighty and precious name of Jesus.
