Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up ### and the heartfelt desire to continue a career at a beloved company. Your Word tells us in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope." We trust in Your divine plan and ask that You guide ### in this career journey.

Lord, we pray for favor and wisdom for ###. Grant the strength and perseverance needed to excel in this role. As it is written in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make straight your paths." May ### place complete trust in You, knowing that You will direct the steps.

We ask for Your blessings upon the work environment and relationships with colleagues and supervisors. Let ### be a light in the workplace, reflecting Your love and grace. Colossians 3:23 reminds us, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men." May this truth inspire dedication and excellence in all tasks.

Father, if it is Your will, open doors of opportunity and provide the necessary resources for ### to thrive in this career. We thank You for Your provision and faithfulness. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray.
