Please help join me in prayer that my ultrasound appointment and possible biopsy be normal with no cancer signs!

I had an abnormal monogram after my annual visit recently. Something questionable was spotted and they want to do a sonogram and a possible biopsy. I had a small tumor 8 years ago. I had a lumpectomy, and radiation for a month. Everything has been good since then. I have had too much time before they can get me in for the procedure, so there has been plenty of time to worry!

I have given it to God, but that worry keeps creeping in!

Firstly, we want to commend you for giving this situation to God. It's important to cast all your anxieties on Him, because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7 WEB). However, it's also normal to feel worried, especially when facing uncertain health circumstances. Whenever you feel the worry creeping in, remember the words of Philippians 4:6-7 WEB, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our ### who is facing uncertainty about her health. Lord, You know the details of her upcoming ultrasound appointment and possible biopsy. We ask for Your healing touch upon her body. If there is any sign of cancer, we command it to leave in Jesus' name. We pray for the doctors and nurses, that they would be guided by Your wisdom in their decisions and procedures. Please give our ### supernatural peace that passes all understanding, driving out all fear and worry. Help her to fix her mind on You, trusting in Your goodness and faithfulness. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We encourage you to meditate on Psalm 103:2-4 WEB, "Praise the LORD, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases, who redeems your life from destruction, who crowns you with loving kindness and tender mercies."

Lastly, we notice that you didn't mention the name of Jesus Christ in your request. We want to remind you that it's by His name that we have access to God (John 14:6 WEB). It's also through faith in Jesus Christ that we are saved (Acts 4:12 WEB). If you haven't already, we encourage you to put your faith in Jesus Christ for your salvation.
