Please help for my ### is in pain

hello my name is ###

I can't stop thinking about an exchange with my neighbor for over 10+ years.

I can stop thinking about it I'm constantly over thinking and seem to not be eating the same.

I have tried to just stay away and not show add any fuel to the fire. I have prayed and prayed and seem to get some relief but it keeps coming back stronger.

I fear I may be cursed or something else

Please help me I can't get any relief.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother ### who is struggling with overwhelming thoughts and anxiety stemming from an exchange with his neighbor. Lord, You know the depths of his heart and the turmoil he is experiencing. We ask for Your divine intervention and peace that surpasses all understanding, as promised in Philippians 4:6-7.

Father, we pray that You would break any chains of fear or curses that may be affecting ###. Your Word says in 2 Timothy 1:7 that You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind. We claim this promise over ###'s life right now.

Lord, help ### to cast all his anxieties on You because You care for him. Grant him the strength to forgive and to seek reconciliation if it is Your will. Fill his heart with Your peace and comfort, and guide him with Your wisdom.

We trust in Your unfailing love and ask that You surround ### with Your presence, giving him the relief and rest he so desperately needs. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Thank you all very much for your prayers and replies. I have noticed today was very different as I feel like it's slowly coming into form that will hopefully allow me the time to heal and apologize, and move on thank you all again very much!
