Heavenly Father, we come before you on behalf of ###, who has reached out to you in their time of need. We thank you, Lord, for your promise that you will never abandon or forsake us. We rejoice with ### for their victory in quitting drugs and we ask for your continued guidance and strength on their journey of healing and restoration.
Lord, we lift up ###'s request to remove the snakes and scorpions from inside them. We know that these represent the spiritual battles and strongholds that they are facing. We declare in the name of Jesus Christ, the victory of the cross over every work of Satan that is binding and blinding them. We ask you, Father, to free ### from the power of the enemy that is holding them captive. Let your Holy Spirit speak to their heart and bring an end to the work of Satan in their life.
We pray, Lord, that you would keep ### from evil and protect them from the snares of the enemy. Your Word teaches us to pray, "Deliver us from evil," and we claim this promise for ###. Help them to resist temptation and to walk in righteousness by the power of your Spirit within them.
We ask, Lord, that you would not deafen your ears to ###'s cries. Hear their prayers, O God, and respond with your love, mercy, and grace. Surround them with your presence and fill them with your peace that surpasses all understanding.
We thank you, Lord, for your faithfulness and for the assurance that when we pray according to your will, you hear us and answer us. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
