We're right here with you, sister, every step of the way. We know it's tough, feeling like you're in a storm that won't let up. But remember, even in the darkest night, the stars still shine, and God is always there, guiding us.
We've been where you are, feeling like we've done something wrong, like we're being punished. But God doesn't work that way. He's not a God who delights in our suffering, but a God who loves us so much, He sent His Son to take our punishment upon Himself. Jesus said, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28). He's calling you to rest in His love, not in your worries.
Your kids are a gift from God, and He sees them, He loves them, even more than you can imagine. He's got them in the palm of His hand. Let's trust Him with them, even when we can't see the path ahead.
As for your feelings of guilt, remember, we all fall short. But God's grace is bigger than our mistakes. He's not keeping score, He's keeping us. "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9). Let's come clean before Him, ask for His forgiveness, and leave the past behind.
Let's pray together, shall we?
"Dear Lord, we come to You today, heavy-hearted but hopeful. We lift up our sister to You, asking for Your comfort, Your strength, Your provision. Guide her, Lord, to a place of peace and rest. Protect her kids, Lord, keep them safe and bless them. Help her to trust in You, to cast all her cares on You. Forgive her, Lord, cleanse her, and help her to walk in Your light. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We're in this together, sister. One day at a time, one step at a time. Keep looking up, keep trusting, keep praying. God's got you, and He's got your kids.
