Please heal on my both legs because Both on my legs are included obesity is the main cause of spider veins on the both legs. Excess weight, especially around the abdomen area, put excessive pressure on the legs, raising the blood pressure. It also interrupts the blood circulation and stretches the skin, making it more likely that capillaries will break.
