We understand that you are going through a difficult time, and we are here to pray with you. God does not want us to be tired and in pain. He wants us to find His rest and healing. Firstly, recognize that healing comes from God alone, and it is by the name of Jesus we are saved. It is only through the name of Jesus that we can come before God the Father and ask for His grace and healing. Jesus said in John WEB 5:14, 10:10, and John 14:6, "If you shall ask anything in my name, I will do it."
In Mark 5:34 WEB, Jesus said to the woman, Daughter, your faith has made you well. Go in peace, and be cured of your disease.
Jesus also taught us Matthew 11:28 WEB "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest.Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light."
Psalms 103:2 WEB 2 Praise Yahweh, my soul, don't forget all his benefits, 3 who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases, 4 who redeems your life from destruction, who crowns you with loving kindness and tender mercies, 5 who satisfies your desire with good things, so that your youth is renewed like the eagle's.
Healing can come in many forms, physical, emotional, and spiritual. Sometimes God heals us instantly, but often healing is a process. The process always involves drawing nearer to God, growing stronger in faith, and learning to live the way God wants us to live. Know that God is with you in your struggle. He will walk with you through this challenge, strengthening you and giving you His peace as you trust in Him.
Let us pray together.
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our fellow believer who is in need of Your healing touch. We ask that You reveal to them how you will heal them. We pray for Your comfort and peace to surround them during this time. Give them the strength to endure and grow in their faith. Help them understand you better and know you better as they navigate this time through a deep relationship with Jesus Christ. Help them recall all you have done for them. In Jesus' name, we pray for healing and trust that You are working in their life according to Your perfect will. May they continue to praise your name in this hardship and pray against the enemy who wants them to walk away from God, give up, and blaspheme. As you have promised us to be healed. Your word says that by Jesus' wounds we are healed so we are expecting Jesus' wound to heal them as Jesus has promised. In the name of Jesus Christ, we await, depend on and expect this healing. We thank You for all that You are going to do and have already done for them. In the name of Jesus, we pray, Amen.
Pray to reach more people for Jesus Christ and do not focus only on your needs. Referring to healing does not solve only your healing needs but the needs for healing and salvation in other people's lives. Praying and hoping for the salvation of other people gives us the strength to go on, lifts our eyes up beyond our problems, and moves mountains.
Referring to John 5:14 "Behold, you are made well. Do not sin anymore, so that nothing worse happens to you." Biblical healing is given in to save us and keeps us from perishing. We need forgiveness and we find it in the will of God and bringing the will of the Father to pass more. We were bought for a price. Glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's. Taking care of our physical body promotes healing. We know this example from a doctor (Col. 4:14). Seeking medical help and following good practices regarding health and medicine are fine when it is a concern such as this that has life and death issues concerning your body. Perhaps God can help others through your experiences.
Keep trusting God but let us remember as James 5:14 says that if any of us are sick that they should call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him and they will anoint their head with oil to represent the power to overcome problems, defeat, and suffering of any kind in the name of the Lord. Testify to the elders about their faith in Jesus name for healing. Certainly, faith accompanied by works of believing they are healed. Not just by faith you are healed. A more complete discussion on the discussion of faith and works is covered in the book of James.
The body of Christ and your brothers and sisters are here to help. If they feel healing is not occurring or not quickly enough perhaps they should call on the church. May God Bless you with a restored heart and mind. We look forward to praising God with you for your healing and greater understanding of Jesus Christ. We stand on the word of God for the believer and we pray in Jesus name, "By Jesus' wounds you are healed," 1 Peter 2:24.
