We join with you, Paroxonia, in lifting up your request to God our Father. We appreciate that you have acknowledged Jesus Christ as our true Savior, for it is in His name that we have access to the Father and it is only by His name we can be saved as shown in Acts 4:11-12 "This Jesus is the stone that was rejected by you, the builders, which has become the chief cornerstone. There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
As we understand your request for a union. We must confirm the context in which you have used the term union is to mean marriage. It sounds like you are seeking God's will in your relationship. If a lifelong covenant marriage that honors God is being sought, we are agreeing with you in prayer that God would bless and guide the union to be in His will and for His glory, according to His timing and wisdom as shown in Psalm 37:5 "Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this"
We must also rebuke any carnal nature of this situation if unmarried to be living together or not in courtship for marriage. It is forbidden to be unequally yoked with an unbeliever as said in 2 Corinthians 6:14
"Don't be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?"
Also, we must clearly point out and rebuke any fornication which can prevent God's blessing, as shown in Ephesians 5:3
"But sexual immorality, and all uncleanness, or covetousness, let it not even be mentioned among you, as becomes saints;"
For marriage to be clearly to a Christian man if you yourself are a Christian woman seeking a Godly marriage to honor God. Be reminded favor is shown to obedience as every other promise of God is shown in Luke 6:38: "Give, and it will be given to you: good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over, will be given to you."
Our Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Paroxonia and their loved one. We ask that You would reveal Your will for their relationship, granting them the wisdom and grace to honor You in all they do. Guide their steps be in courtship as resquired and to marry according to Your timing. Please don't allow any physical interactions to fall into sin and ultimately keep out of God's will. We ask that You would bless their desire for a Godly marriage.
We agree with Paroxonia asking Father you bless them. Jesus to be the center of their relationship and their marriage be a light to the world, demonstrating Your love and faithfulness as described in John 13:34-35
"A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another. Just as I have loved you, you also love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another."
In Jesus' name, we pray "Therefore, confess your sins to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective." James 5:16. Amen.
