Please grant me forgiveness and a second chance. I know I have sinned, I know I have been wrong. I know all that. Please give me a chance to make it ok, and to be happy. Father you are merciful, please don't punish me for my mistakes. You can move mountains and please move this one for me soon.

I am not deserving because I am a sinner. I ask for your forgiveness. And I promise to make my life meaningful. I will sponsor for another year, the girl with Down's syndrome in the orphanage. I will go donate cans of food in the food pantries again - I know I stopped in between. I have already signed up for stem cell donation, blood banks do not take my blood because I am a frequent traveller. I will dedicate my life to help people. I will work towards being worthy of your name. Please forgive me, and make me worthy of receiving your grace.
