We understand your cry for help, dear soul, and we are here to stand with you in prayer. Firstly, let us remember what the Word of God says in 2 Timothy 1:7 (WEB), "For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." This is God's will for you, not a spirit of fear, but of sound mind and clear thinking.
Let us pray together:
"Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our dear brother/sister who is grappling with fear. You know the deepest desires of their heart, and You understand the anxieties they face. We ask, Lord, that You would take these fears and remove them. Replace them with Your perfect love, for as it says in 1 John 4:18 (WEB), 'There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear has punishment. He who fears is not made perfect in love.'
Lord Jesus, You came that we may have life and have it abundantly. Please restore clear thinking and a sound mind to our dear friend. Guide them through the power of the Holy Spirit, and help them to fix their thoughts on You, as it says in 2 Corinthians 10:5 (WEB), 'bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ.'
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

As Psalm 56:3 (WEB) says, "What time I am afraid, I will put my trust in you." Trust Him, dear one, and keep your eyes fixed on Jesus.

It is through His name that we have access to God, as it says in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"
