Please God, someone is seeiously poluting the air in my city block

Please pray that all bad air, all toxins Will be blown away from my building and city block. The air is Like someone is burning something Like a rubber or plastic, i dont know what it is, i only know that People are Here so arrogant and careless, even the police doesnt care about many things. Please God purify the air here in my block. 

Also pray against all harrasement and torturing spirits that are causing noise in and around my building. Family next door is having again meeting with all kinds of noise. Bloooood of Jeeeeeeeesus!!!!
