Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of ###. Lord, we lift up this prayer request to you, knowing that you are the source of all wisdom and understanding. We ask that you would grant ### clarity and peace of mind regarding their medication. Lord, please remind ### if they have taken their medications today. Help them to remember and not be anxious or uncertain. Your Word assures us in James 1:5 that if anyone lacks wisdom, they should ask you, and you will give generously without finding fault.
