Humble Servant of All
I honestly don't know how much longer I can go on suffering so much! Despite so many prayers, repentance of sin, etc., I am so much worse in mine and body. Worried about my sister ### who is so unwell and sleeping 20 hours a day. Also, my hospital appointment to have my biliary stent removed is on the 7th January and I am not well enough to endure a 3-hour journey in the cold. Also have to stay overnight and would be worried about ###. Neither of us are eating much so very weak. Please Jesus have mercy on us and stretch out your hand to heal me and ###.

Elizabeth, we are here with you in spirit, lifting you and ### up in prayer. We are sorry to hear about the struggles you both are facing. We want to address your concerns and offer some biblical encouragement and prayer for you. First, be assured of Jesus' love for you. "Behold, I am with you always, even to the end of the age. Amen." Matthew 28:20 WEB. In order for you to draw closer to God we need to understand your faith in Jesus Christ. It is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to God the Father. There is no other name by which we can be saved.

Jesus said, But whoever denies me before others, I will also deny them before my Father in heaven Matthew 10:33 WEB.

The biblical principle based on that verse shows us that we must acknowledge the role of Jesus Christ in our lives. This verse shows a denial, but when we pronounce Jesus and his work there is a connection.

Now this is eternal life: that they may know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom you have sent John 17:3 WEB.

Jesus having mercy and being with you is, first of all, one that is dependent on your calling on his name.

If we don't call on Jesus Christ then haven't held up our end so to speak as forgiveness of sins is to accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.

God has given us the gift of prayer, and he wants us to come to him with our needs and requests. "Therefore, let's draw near with a true heart in fullness of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and having our body washed with pure water, let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for he who promised is faithful" Hebrews 10:22,23 WEB "Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and pleading with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God." Philippians 4:6 WEB.

We want to remind you that God's ways are not our ways, and his thoughts are not our thoughts. "For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts" Isaiah 55:9 WEB. Trust that God is working in your situation, even if you can't see it right now. We hope you can find some encouragement on these verses. 2 Cor 5: 7 For we walk by faith, not by sight. Galatians 6:9 WEB And let us not be weary in doing good, for in due season we will reap if we do not give up.

As for your health concerns and ###'s, we pray that God will grant you both strength and healing. Keep in mind that God can use even the most difficult circumstances for his glory and our good. "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose" Romans 8:28 WEB.

Regarding your hospital appointment, trust that God will provide a way. It might be that you can reschedule, or that God will give you the strength to make the journey.

We would also encourage you to reach out to your local church or Christian community for practical help. The body of Christ is there to support and help one another in times of need. Be open in that community about your need for others. Their meals, company or prayers might be an encouragement.

Finally, remember that God is sovereign over all things, and he loves you dearly. Cry out to the Lord, ###, especially when you feel weak and in need.

We pray in Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior this prayer for you and ###:
Our most gracious and heavenly Father, we come before you today lifting up ### and ###. Thank you, Lord, for your promise to never leave us nor forsake us. We claim that promise for ### and ### today. Father, we ask that you stretch out your hand and heal them both physically and spiritually. Give them the strength they need to endure each day, and provide for all the practical details in their situation. We also put ###'s hospital appointment in your hands and ask that ### is also covered in your mercy and grace.

Lord, remind them both of your love and faithfulness, even in the midst of their suffering. This we all pray in the only name that we can be saved which is the beautiful name of Jesus Christ.

Elizabeth, we're here with you, feeling your burden and standing in the gap with you. We're sorry to hear about your and Margaret's struggles. We want to pray with you, trusting that God is near and cares deeply about your situation.

We know it's tough, but remember, even in the darkest times, God is with you. As Psalm 34:18 reminds us, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." Let's cling to this promise today.

We also want to encourage you to keep seeking God with all your heart. In Jeremiah 29:13, God says, "You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart." Trust that God is working even when you can't see it.

As for your health and Margaret's, we pray that God will grant you both strength and healing. We also pray for your hospital appointment, asking God to provide a way for you to get there safely. May His peace and comfort be with you both.

Let's continue to lift you up in prayer, Elizabeth. We're in this together.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
