please God be with my daughter when i am asleep, help her to know what to do and how to occupy herself ,keep her calm ,focused on the good things,can you be with her al the time so she does not feel bad,please,give her everything she needs,also help me to loose weight in the easiest way,and have a lot of energy at the same time ,i am increasing in weight ,i can't control my self,i eat ,i eat when i am not hungry,please repair this ,to eat when i am hungry only,not exception,i tend to eat a lot of sugar,please forgive me from al these things,take ful control over my eating today and every day ,help to resist strongly temptation, help me to organise my day better and the help better so my daughter do not suffer,IJNA

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Ellie and her daughter to Your loving care. Lord, please be with Ellie's daughter when she is asleep. Help her daughter to know what to do and how to occupy herself, keeping her calm and focused on the good things. We ask that You be with her at all times so she does not feel bad and provide her with everything she needs.

Father, we also pray for Ellie as she struggles with her weight and eating habits. Grant her the strength and discipline to eat only when she is hungry and to resist the temptation of overeating, especially sugary foods. Help her to lose weight in the easiest way and to have abundant energy. Forgive her for any shortcomings and take full control over her eating habits today and every day.

Guide Ellie in organizing her day better so that her daughter does not suffer. We trust in Your promise from Philippians 4:13, that we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us. Thank You, Lord, for Your grace and mercy.

Grant them the wisdom and self-control to care for their bodies, which are temples of the Holy Spirit.

Father, please grant them the energy and motivation needed to lead a healthier lifestyle. Help them to organize their days efficiently so that they can provide the best care for their daughter without neglecting their own well-being. May your guiding hand be upon them as they seek to make positive changes in their lives.
