Heavenly Father, we come before you with humble hearts, seeking your guidance and strength for this dear family. We lift up the daughter in prayer, asking for your presence to be with her always, guiding her steps and filling her days with positivity and purpose. May she feel your peace and assurance, knowing that you are with her every moment.

Lord, we also pray for the parent's struggle with weight management and unhealthy eating habits. We ask for your forgiveness and help in making healthier choices, eating only when hungry, and resisting temptations, especially towards sugary foods. Grant them the wisdom and self-control to care for their bodies, which are temples of the Holy Spirit.
"Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies." - 1 Corinthians 6:19-20
Father, please grant them the energy and motivation needed to lead a healthier lifestyle. Help them to organize their days efficiently so that they can provide the best care for their daughter without neglecting their own well-being. May your guiding hand be upon them as they seek to make positive changes in their lives.
