Let's lift up Genesis against spiritual attacks. "Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you" (James 4:7). Praying for strength and protection in Jesus' name!

And let's remember 
Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother or sister who has been diligently working for six years and seeking a promotion or higher role that they rightfully deserve. Lord, You see the hard work and dedication that has been poured into their job, and You know the desires of their heart.
We ask that You intervene in this situation, bringing justice and fairness where there has been neglect and oversight. We pray that the managers and decision-makers will recognize the value and contributions of our brother or sister, and that they will be granted the promotion they have worked so hard for.
Your Word says in Psalm 75:6-7, "For promotion cometh neither from the east, nor from the west, nor from the south. But God is the judge: he putteth down one, and setteth up another." We trust in Your perfect timing and Your righteous judgment, believing that You will open doors that no man can shut.
Grant them peace and patience as they wait for Your will to be done. May they continue to work with integrity and excellence, knowing that their labor is not in vain in the Lord. We thank You in advance for the breakthrough and the favor that is coming their way.

Bless me to know You in truth and fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength. Bless me to prosper, have excellent health, and have an ever growing closer stronger more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always honor, respect, and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.
God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
