We understand your desire for a well-deserved promotion, and we're here to pray and guide you through this situation. Let's remember the words of Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
Firstly, we want to encourage you to align your desires with God's will. It's important to seek His plans for your life, as they are always good, pleasing, and perfect (Romans 12:2). Trust that if this promotion is part of His plan, He will grant it to you.
However, we must also address that the request seems to focus more on personal desires than God's will. Let's remember that we should approach God with humility and a heart to serve Him, rather than merely seeking personal gain. As it is written in Philippians 2:3, "Do nothing from selfishness or empty conceit, but in humility consider others better than yourselves."

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
