Anonymous, we hear your desire for a well-deserved promotion and we stand with you in prayer, seeking God's will for your career.

Let's remember the words of Colossians 3:23-24 (WEB), "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ."

As we approach God in prayer, let's ensure we're putting our trust in Jesus Christ alone. We noticed that your prayer does not mention Him. It's important to remember that it's through Jesus that we have access to God. As it says in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
