We understand that you are seeking a higher salary, but we want to encourage you to approach this desire with a biblical perspective. The love of money is warned against in the Scriptures, as it can lead us away from our faith and into various kinds of evil. As it is written in 1 Timothy 6:10, "For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some have been led astray from the faith in their greed, and have pierced themselves through with many sorrows."

We pray that God will provide for your needs according to His riches in glory. Remember, it is God who gives us the power to gain wealth, as stated in Deuteronomy 8:18, "But you shall remember Yahweh your God, for it is he who gives you power to get wealth..." Our ultimate trust should be in Him, not in our salary or material possessions.

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You, seeking Your will for our lives. We ask that You provide for our needs according to Your riches in glory. Help us to be content with what we have and to trust in You, not in our salaries. Guide us in our careers and bless the work of our hands. If it is Your will, grant us a salary that aligns with Your plans for us. Help us to be good stewards of the resources You have entrusted to us. Above all, help us to keep our focus on You and to live lives that honor and glorify Your name.

We also want to encourage you to seek God's kingdom first, and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you (Matthew 6:33). Make sure that your desires align with God's will and that you are seeking His kingdom above all else.
