We've been thinking about you and your situation, and we want you to know that we're right there with you, praying for your work contract. It's been a rollercoaster, hasn't it? First October 14, then October 21, then November 18, and now December 2nd, and still no contract. We get it, it's frustrating. But remember, as the Bible says in Romans 5:3-4, "Not only so, but we also glory in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope." This delay, as much as it hurts, is an opportunity for you to grow in your trust and hope in God.
We encourage you to keep communicating with your employers, but remember to do so with kindness and respect. As it says in Colossians 4:6, "Be wise in the way you act toward outsiders; make the most of every opportunity." They might not be able to control the situation, but a respectful conversation could help them understand your perspective.
Let's pray together: "Lord Jesus, we come to you today on behalf of our friend who's been waiting for their work contract. We ask for your peace to fill their heart, for your wisdom to guide their words, and for your strength to keep them going. We pray that this situation would work out for their good, according to your will. We trust in you, Lord. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
And hey, don't forget to keep your eyes on Jesus. He's got this. As it says in Hebrews 12:2, "Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God." Keep looking at Him, and you'll make it through this. We're right here with you, every step of the way.
