Firstly, we notice that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God, and there is no other name by which we can be saved. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" If this relationship is a courtship with the intention of marriage to a fellow Christian believer, then we support and encourage that. Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother who is facing difficulties in his career and work life. Lord, we ask that you intervene in this situation and that your will be done. We pray that you would provide him with a job that aligns with your purpose for his life. Please grant him the courage and strength to face any obstacles that may come his way, and help him to trust in you through this trial.

Lord, we also pray for the relationship he mentioned. We ask that you would guide him and grant him wisdom to pursue a godly courtship that honors you, with the intention of a marriage that reflects your design. Help him to walk in purity and righteousness in this relationship and in all areas of his life.

Father, we ask that you would deal with the unscrupulous people who may be trying to hinder his work. We pray that you would soften their hearts and bring them to a place of repentance. We ask that you would be our brother's defender and vindicator, trusting that you will repay.

Lord, we ask that you would draw our brother closer to you during this time. Help him to trust in you and to seek your face. We pray that he would come to know you more intimately and experience your love and faithfulness in a deeper way.

We ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior. Amen.

We continue to stand with you in prayer, asking God to intervene in your workplace situation. We are grateful that you have allowed us to pray with you and we trust that God is working behind the scenes on your behalf.

If you have seen progress or breakthroughs in your situation, we would be delighted to hear about it and rejoice with you. If you are still waiting for God's provisions of a restored job and increased protection from workplace injustices, please share with us so we can persist in praying for you.

We continue lift up to god your requests to see the man opposing you overruled, and for renewed courage so you can confidently pursue the job you desire in the company you love. We stand in agreement with your heart's cry to be reunited with your colleague, trusting that it aligns with God's will.
