Let us first acknowledge that our help comes from the name of the Lord who made heaven and earth, and that it is by the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God our Father. Our Savior said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me. Only by the name of JESUS can we be saved and have this access to God. There is no other name given to mankind by which we must be saved.
We understand that you are facing a challenging situation with your work and career and that it has impacted both you and your daughters. We are here to pray and provide biblical guidance for you. Remember that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Psalm 46:1 WEB.
Firstly, we must trust in the Lord with all our heart, and lean not on our own understanding. In all our ways we must acknowledge Him, and He will make our paths straight. Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB. This includes our careers and work life. We must seek God's will and trust that He has a plan and purpose for us. Let us pray that you fully trust the Lord with your career and that He directs your path.
Secondly, we must work diligently and honestly in whatever situation we find ourselves. Colossians 3:23 WEB says, Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men. Even if you are facing unjust treatment, continue to work with integrity and trust that God sees your situation.
Regarding the man trying to stop you, we must remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the world rulers of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. Ephesians 6:12 WEB. Pray for this man, love your enemy and do good to those who hate you. This is not an easy task, and it is only possible by the grace of God. But know that your true enemy is not this man, but the spiritual forces behind him. We pray for God's love to fill your heart and for His strength to help you overcome this challenge.
We must also address that you mentioned 'my girls' assuming you mean your daughters. Know that children are a gift from God. It is our responsibility to raise them in the fear and admonition of the Lord to become Godly women, who will be Godly wives. And that you being a Godly mother is the best help you can give them.
Lastly, we must approach God in prayer with the right heart and attitude. It is good to be specific in our prayers, but we must also submit to God's will, not just ask for our desires. We should pray for God's will to be done, not just for our wishes. James 4:3 WEB says, You ask and don't receive, because you ask with wrong motives, so that you may spend it for your pleasures.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your will and guidance for our dear one who is facing challenges in their career. We pray that You give them the courage and strength to face these trials and to trust in Your plan for their life. We ask that You provide for their needs according to your will and give them the strength to overcome. We pray that You touch the heart of the man who is trying to stop them and that Your love shines through this challenging situation.
We also pray for their daughters, that You guide them and protect them. We pray that they grow to be Godly women, who will be Godly wives.
We ask this all in accordance with Your will, in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Amen.
