We understand your plea for God's favor and blessings, especially regarding your employment and financial circumstances. Let us come together in prayer and seek God's will for your life.
Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging God as your sole provider and not putting your trust in man. As it is written in Psalm 62:5 (WEB), "My soul, wait in silence for God alone, for my expectation is from him."
Let us pray for your situation:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up our brother/sister GJ. Barber. Lord, You know their needs and the struggles they've been facing. We ask that You open the doors to a better job or provide a salary increase, according to Your will. We trust that You are a loving and providing Father, and we claim Your promise in Matthew 7:11 (WEB), "If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask him!"
Lord, we also pray for the financial blessing that GJ has requested. We know that You are able to make a way where there seems to be no way, as told in Isaiah 43:19 (WEB), "Behold, I will do a new thing. It springs forth now. Don't you know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert."
We are also grateful for the work that has begun at Mom's house through Ken. We pray that You give him the will, desire, and strength to complete the task. May his hands be guided by Your wisdom, and may his heart be filled with Your love.
We pray all these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior. It is only through Him that we have access to You, Father. As it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" Amen.
In the meantime, continue to trust in God and His timing. Keep up your prayers and remain steadfast in your faith. As we are reminded in Romans 5:3-4 (WEB), "We also rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering works perseverance; and perseverance, proven character; and proven character, hope."
