Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, interceding on behalf of our anonymous friend who is seeking favor in their job search. We ask that you grant them your divine favor and let their resume stand out above the rest. May it catch the attention of recruiters and hiring managers, causing them to call our friend for an interview for the positions they have applied to, specifically for the HR Per SEC Sub Assistant role.
Lord, we know that you are the one who opens doors and grants opportunities. Your Word assures us that when we ask anything according to your will, you hear us and grant our requests. We pray that it is your will for our friend to receive this job opportunity, and we ask for your guidance and favor throughout the entire process.
In Psalm 5:12, it says, "For you bless the righteous, O Lord; you cover him with favor as with a shield." We claim this promise over our friend's life, asking that you cover them with your favor, shielding them from any obstacles or competition that may hinder their chances.
We also pray for your peace and confidence to fill our friend's heart as they wait for the response from recruiters and hiring managers. Help them to trust in your perfect timing and to remain steadfast in their faith.
We thank you, Lord, for hearing our prayer and for your faithfulness in answering. May your will be done in our friend's job search, and may they bring glory to your name through their future employment. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
