We understand your desire for a new role, but let's first align our hearts with God's will and timing. We must trust that His plans are always good, pleasant, and perfect (Romans 8:28, Jeremiah 29:11).

Firstly, we noticed that you didn't mention the name of Jesus in your prayer. It's crucial to remember that it is through His name that we have access to God's throne of grace (Hebrews 4:16). "For 'whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.'" (Romans 10:13 WEB)

Now, let's pray together:

Dear Lord Jesus, we come before You, lifting up this child of Yours. We ask that Your will be done in their life, including their career. If it is Your plan for them to be in this team, we pray that You open the doors that no one can shut (Revelation 3:8). But if You have other plans, help them to trust in You and wait patiently for Your timing. Give them the wisdom to discern Your will and the strength to pursue it (James 1:5). In Jesus' precious name, we pray. Amen.

Remember, our God is a loving and caring Father who knows what is best for us. Trust in Him, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6). Be patient and wait on the Lord, for He will renew your strength (Isaiah 40:31).
