We understand your desire for a new role, and we want to pray with you and offer guidance based on God's Word. Let's remember that God has a plan and a purpose for each of us, as it is written in Jeremiah 29:11, "‘For I know the plans that I have for you,’ says Yahweh, ‘plans for peace, and not for evil, to give you hope and a future.’"

First, we want to acknowledge that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is important to remember that it is only through His name that we can approach God and be saved. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, ‘I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.’" Let's ensure that we pray in His name.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your will for this child of Yours. You know the desires of their heart, and You have a perfect plan for their life. We ask that You guide them to the role that You have prepared for them, a role that will bring glory to Your name and allow them to serve You faithfully.

In the meantime, help them to be content and patient, knowing that Your timing is perfect. As it is written in Philippians 4:11, "Not that I speak because of lack, for I have learned in whatever state I am, to be content in it."

If there is any sin or hindrance in their life that may be delaying Your blessings, reveal it to them, Lord, and grant them the strength to overcome it. Help them to trust in You and to seek Your kingdom first, knowing that all other things will be added unto them.
