We understand that you are seeking a specific role, ideally in a certain team. While it's important to have ambitions and goals, let's remember to align our desires with God's will. As it is written in Proverbs 16:9, "A man's heart plans his course, but the LORD directs his steps."
Firstly, we notice that your prayer does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It's crucial to understand that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God. But above all, let them discern and desire Your perfect will.
We also pray that they will grow in their relationship with You, Jesus. Help them to understand the importance of praying in Your name, and draw them closer to You.

Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always honor, respect, and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.
God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
