Heavenly Father,
We come before You with a humble heart, lifting up ### in prayer. Your Word tells us in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." We trust in Your divine plan and purpose for ###.
Lord, we ask for Your guidance and favor as ### seeks a role, ideally in her team. We know that You open doors that no one can shut and close doors that no one can open. As it is written in Revelation 3:8, "I know your works (behold, I have set before you an open door, which no one can shut), that you have a little power, and kept my word, and didn’t deny my name."
Grant ### the wisdom to navigate this process with grace and confidence. May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard her heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Let her trust in You with all her heart and lean not on her own understanding, acknowledging You in all her ways, so that You may direct her paths (Proverbs 3:5-6).
We pray that this opportunity, if it is Your will, will be a blessing not only to ### but to those she will work with. May her presence be a light in the workplace, reflecting Your love and truth.

If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
