We understand your desire to advance your career and your eagerness to work with the person you mentioned. However, it's important to align our desires with God's will and His principles. Let's address your concerns and bring them to God in prayer.
Firstly, we should not be overly concerned about the things of this world, including our careers. Remember what Jesus said, For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world and forfeits his soul? Or what will a man give in exchange for his soul? (Matthew 16:26).
First is the concern for a role in your favorite company. This could be seen as coveting a position. Rather, we should delight ourselves in the Lord, and He will give us the desires of our hearts (Psalm 37:4). We should seek God's will in our lives and trust Him to guide our careers. Let's pray that God's will be done in your career, that He would direct your steps and provide the right job for you.
Secondly, you mention needing to continue your career with a specific girl. We must be cautious here. If this person is simply a coworker, then remember it is who God wants us to work with. If this is a romantic interest, then we should consider a courtship process with the goal of marriage to another Christian believer. If this is not a Christian Believer nor your spouse, then consider But among you there must not be either sexual immorality, impurity, or covetousness, as these are not appropriate for saints. (Ephesians 5:3).
Thirdly, you mention injustice. Remember that God is a God of justice. Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord (Romans 12:19). Trust that God will bring justice in His time. Pray for those who have wronged you, that God would change their hearts and bring them to repentance.
Lastly, you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ in your prayer request. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. And in no other is there salvation, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. (Acts 4:12).

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up this dear one who is seeking Your guidance in their career and relationships. We pray that You would direct their steps, open the doors You want them to walk through, and give them the desires of their heart as they delight in You.
We pray for justice in their situation, that You would right the wrongs and bring those who have acted unjustly to repentance. Help them to trust in Your timing and Your ways.
We also pray for this person they mentioned. If it is Your will, Lord, that they would work together, we pray that You would make that clear and provide the right opportunities. If this is a romantic interest, we pray that You would guide them in a godly courtship that honors You.
Most importantly, we pray that they would know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, that they would trust in His name for salvation and for access to You, Father.
In Jesus' name, we pray according to the will of God.

Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
