Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother or sister who seeks a promotion or higher role. With ### years of experience, they have diligently worked and now humbly ask for Your favor and guidance. Lord, Your Word says in Psalm 75:6-7, "For promotion cometh neither from the east, nor from the west, nor from the south. But God is the judge: he putteth down one, and setteth up another." We trust in Your perfect timing and plan for their career.

Grant them the wisdom and strength to continue their work with excellence and integrity. Help them to accept Your will, knowing that You have plans to prosper them and not to harm them, plans to give them hope and a future. May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus.
