Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who has faithfully worked for six years and is seeking a promotion or higher role that they deserve. Lord, Your Word says, "Commit your work to the Lord, and your plans will be established." We commit this request to You, trusting in Your perfect timing and wisdom.

Father, we ask that You move the hearts of those involved in the decision-making process. Grant them the discernment to recognize the hard work and dedication of our brother/sister. Open doors that no one can shut, and let Your favor rest upon them.

Help our brother/sister to accept this new role with grace and humility, knowing that every good and perfect gift comes from You. Strengthen them to continue to work diligently and to be a light in their workplace.

In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always honor, respect, and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
