Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear brother or sister who seeks Your guidance and favor. Lord, You know the desires of their heart and the specific request they have for a position of leadership, ideally within her team. We ask that You open doors that no one can shut and grant them favor in the eyes of those making decisions.
Your Word says in Psalm 37:4, "Delight yourself in the Lord, and He will give you the desires of your heart." We pray that our friend finds delight in You and that You align their desires with Your perfect will. Grant them wisdom, confidence, and the skills needed to excel in this role.
We trust in Your timing and Your plans, which are always for our good and Your glory. May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus as they await Your answer.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
