We understand your urgency in seeking a new work contract, and we commend you for turning to prayer in this time of need. Firstly, let's remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 6:31-33 (WEB): "Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’, ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."
While it's important to present our requests to God, let's also ensure that we are seeking His will above all else. This includes aligning our lives with His teachings and acknowledging Jesus Christ as our Savior. It's only through Him that we have access to God, as it's written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, acknowledging His sacrifice for us. We lift up this child of Yours who is seeking a new work contract. Guide them to the right opportunities that align with Your will. Provide for their needs, Lord, as they seek first Your kingdom and Your righteousness. Help them to trust in You and Your timing. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
In the meantime, continue to trust in God's perfect timing and provision. Consider Psalm 37:5 (WEB), "Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this:" as encouragement while you wait. Also, use this time to grow in your relationship with God, reading His word, and deepening your faith in Jesus Christ.
