We understand that you're going through a challenging time, especially with regards to your career and relationships. Firstly, we want to remind you that God is sovereign and He cares for you. It's important to trust in His timing and plans for your life, as noted in Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB: "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
However, we need to address a few things in your prayer request. We notice the use of harsh language and the word "bastard". We need to remember what the Bible says about our speech, and letting no corrupt communication proceed out of our mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers in Ephesians 4:29 WEB. Please watch your language and don't let anger and bitterness control your words.
It's also concerning to hear that you're seeking to remove someone from your life who you perceive as a threat. While we understand that you're hurting, it's crucial to remember that vengeance belongs to God alone, as stated in Romans 12:19 WEB: "Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'" Instead of seeking revenge, pray for this person and trust God to handle the situation.
Regarding the girl you're supposed to work with, we want to encourage you to keep your interactions professional and pure. If you're seeking a relationship, we are praying for that, we are praying for a godly spouse for you. Remember 2 Corinthians 6:14 WEB: "Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?"
We also noticed that you ended your prayer with "amen," but did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It's important to remember that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God, as it says in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" Please keep this in mind for future prayer requests.
Let's pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up this dear one who is hurting and seeking Your guidance. Lord, we pray for their career, that You would open the right doors for them and guide them to a new role that aligns with Your will for their life. We pray for justice in their situation, but also for a heart that is willing to forgive and trust in Your vindication. We pray for their interactions with the girl they work with, that they would be pure and professional. If it is Your will, Lord, we pray for a godly spouse for them. Help them to keep their faith in You, even in this difficult time. We ask that you open their heart to an earnest desire to have a relationship with your Son Jesus. And we pray this in Jesus' name. Amen.
In the meantime, continue to trust in God and His timing. Seek His will for your life and He will direct your paths.
