We understand your desire for a new role and the urgency you feel, but we want to encourage you to trust in God's timing and will for your life. It's crucial to remember that God's ways are higher than our ways, and His thoughts higher than our thoughts.
Firstly, let's address the issue of employment. We are reminded in Psalm 37:4 WEB, Delight yourself also in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart. Instead of focusing on the immediate need, focus on delighting in the Lord, and He will place the right desires in your heart and fulfill them in His perfect timing. Also, Ecclesiastes 9:10 WEB, Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with your might; for there is no work, nor device, nor knowledge, nor wisdom, in Sheol, where you are going.
Regarding the mention of a 'girl', we would like to remind you that God's will is for believers to be equally yoked. If this is a romantic interest, it is important to pursue a godly relationship with marriage as the goal.
We also need to address that your prayer does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only by His name that we have access to God the Father. In John 14:6 WEB Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.
We see the desire for justice and restoration. But we must remember that God is a God of justice, and He will repay. Romans 12:19 WEB, Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this child of Yours. We pray for Your will to be done in their life. We ask that You guide them to the role that You have prepared for them, in Your perfect timing. We pray that they will delight in You, and that You will place the right desires in their heart.
We also pray for the situation involving the girl mentioned. We ask that You reveal Your will for this relationship, and guide them in the path of righteousness. We pray that they will seek Your face and trust in Your timing.
Lord, we ask for Your justice to prevail in their life. We pray that You will right the wrongs that have been committed against them, and restore what the enemy has stolen. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
In the meantime, continue to trust in God, seek His face, and rest in His love for you. Be encouraged by Romans 8:28 WEB, We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose.

Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
