We noticed that you did not mention Jesus Christ or His name. It's important to remember that it is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB:

Now, let's address your concerns. In Ephesians 6:5-8, we are told to serve wholeheartedly, as if serving the Lord, not man.

Regarding your feelings towards those who have wronged you, the Bible tells us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us, as written in Matthew 5:44 WEB.
But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you.
It's also important to forgive, as it says in Ephesians 4:32 WEB:
Be kind to one another, tender hearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up this individual who is seeking your will for their career and personal life. We pray that you guide them to the job that you have prepared for them, and help them to trust in your plan. We ask that you help them to forgive those who have wronged them, and to love their enemies, as your word instructs us. We also pray that you bring godly people into their life, and if it is your will, provide a godly spouse according to your purpose, and remove anyone not in your will or in the way of your will from this individual.
