Heavenly Father, we come to You in Jesus Name, asking for Your help in this difficult situation. Please give ### the strength and patience to deal with their boss, and help them to keep their cool. We pray that You would help their boss to be more understanding and to back off. Help them to get along peacefully and to be able to work together in harmony. In Jesus Name, Amen.
