Please further pray for NATALIE GONZALES-HUBAG to willfully sign this Friday 26, 2026 the DEED of SALE of 268 sqm. we bought 1.2 million from her 6 years ago...without any additional payments from RUFINO GUMACAL. The case filed against RUFINO GUMACAL be closed. God will grant us peace for good and victory regarding this matter.

You mentioned about, honesty, fairness, robbing, oppression ", exactly, that is what NATALIE GONZALES -HUBAG did to us.. DISHONESTY -denial of 1.2 million we paid for her land sold to us in 2017 despite with her signature.... OPPRESSION - for 6 years of promised to give us DEED of SALE for the 268sqm. we bought from her , never happen.... ROBBING- wants to rob our hard earned money paid 1.2 million to her, robbing our peace. .. FAIRNESS - after taking all our money, turned the table against us in court of accused my brother RUFINO GUMACAL (family representative) of grabbing her land.

PRAY, GOD will give us JUSTICE.

Logbook hasn't found, NATALIE GONZALES -HUBAG in a local hearing SO RUDE, Pride soar high, extremely liar, denying that land she sold to us RUFINO/MARITA GUMACAL 6 years ago in full payment, STILL wouldn't give us the DEED of SALE. She want to take from us, and want to resell to other person in 300% higher. We have paid Natalie Gonzales-Hubag in full payment 6 years ago.
