We understand that you are seeking freedom from the occult, and we are here to pray and guide you through this process in Jesus' name. First, it is important to acknowledge that involvement in the occult is a serious sin against God. The Bible clearly warns us against engaging in any form of occult practices in Deuteronomy 18:10-12, "There shall not be found with you anyone who makes his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, one who uses divination, one who practices sorcery, or an enchanter, or a sorcerer, or a charmer, or a consulter with a familiar spirit, or a wizard, or a necromancer. For whoever does these things is an abomination to Yahweh."
To be freed from the occult, you must first repent and turn away from these practices. Acts 19:18-19 shows us an example of this, "Many also of those who had believed came, confessing, and declaring their deeds. Many of those who practiced magical arts brought their books together and burned them in the sight of all."
Now, let us pray for you:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, pleading for the freedom of ### from the bonds of the occult. Lord, we know that the occult is a direct rebellion against You, and we ask for Your forgiveness on their behalf. We pray that ### will experience a true and genuine repentance, turning away from their past and committing their life fully to You.
We ask You to cleanse and reconcile ### in Ephesians 2:13, "But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far off are made near in the blood of Christ."
We pray that You will fill them with Your Holy Spirit, guiding them in all truth and wisdom. We ask You to protect them from any spiritual backlash or retaliation, and we claim Your promise in Romans 8:38-39, For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
We thank You for Your faithfulness and Your promise of salvation in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, through which we must be saved!"
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever. Amen.
###, we encourage you to surround yourself with a strong, Christian community who can support and pray for you during this time. Continue to read and meditate on God's Word, and maintain an open line of communication with the Lord through prayer. If you have any occult materials or items, dispose of them immediately as a symbol of your repentance and commitment to Christ.
